Registration Instructions

The EFM Sustainable Earth Forum provides an education on environmental issues ranging from the value of wetlands in Marin County to the problems of global warming, and from concerns about invasive exotic plant species at Point Reyes to world population issues. Your instructors will be recognized experts in their fields, college and university professors, business people, environmental consultants and politicians. This program will give you basic information to help you understand the environmental impacts of complex issues facing our society. Upon graduation you will become a member of the Environmental Forum of Marin and will be qualified to attend and participate in future educational programs of the Forum.

The 36th EFM Sustainable Earth Forum runs from September 9, 2008, to February 3, 2009. No classes will be held for three sessions during Thanksgiving week and the winter holidays (November 25, December 23, and December 30). Registration fees are are $350 for those who register by August 1 and $380 for those who register after August 1.. To register for this Sustainable Earth Forum, please complete the following steps.

1. Fill out and print the Registration form. If you would rather fill it out by hand, then print a blank form. In either case, sign and date the printed form.
2. Fill out and print the Medical Release form. If you would rather fill it out by hand, then print a blank form. In either case, sign and date the printed form.
3. Make out a $50 deposit check to the Environmental Forum of Marin. The balance will be due a month prior to the start of program. The initial deposit is a non-refundable processing fee.
4. Mail the completed Registration form, Medical Release form and check to:
